Nice book, and account of the life of a PR legend!
A rare look into one of the sometimes overlooked facets of the industry, and what better look-in than one of the titans of the industry? The stories David Mirisch provides are an amazing window into the lives and experiences of Hollywood stars (my personal favorite being his work with Wilt Chamberlain and his outrageous claims - 20,000???). I definitely recommend the read. It's easy and fun to share with family and friends!
Supposedly about all the stars handled by David Mirisch. However, essentially the book was - I helped Frank Sinatra with a golf tournament, I was there on Perry Como's opening night at the Vegas Hilton, I was there on Elvis Presley's closing night at the Vegas Hilton, I met John Wayne, Buddy Hackett came to lunch, etc.. He supposedly handled a lot of these folks but we never learned what these folks were like. Some had to have difficult demands. We never heard of it. Kentucky Derby spelled as Debry on page 49. Don't waste your money on this one.

Entertaining look into the life of David Mirisch.
A very enlightening and refreshing story of aan incredible mans journey in the entertainment business. The photos of so many well known A-celebrities was delighteful. What a life indeed. Mirisch has tocuched so many lives in a very positive manner and has helped launch many careers.
